Grey Fantail Gallery

The busy little Grey Fantails are always around Wombolly, flitting acrobatically through the air catching flying bugs.  They are regular visitors to the bird baths and on hot days spend much time splashing around (see video below) and then preening.  A couple of pairs nested not far from the house and both successfully raised three chicks each in their beautifully crafted nests.  Click on images below to enlarge.
